This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and access termination are handled by “apsacademy” (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in or purchasing any course, subscription, or digital product offered on our website , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Nature of Digital Products

All courses, training programs, and digital materials sold on our platform are intangible digital products delivered electronically. Once access to a course is granted, the content is considered delivered and consumed. Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only under limited and exceptional circumstances. A refund request may be reviewed if there is a proven technical issue from our side that completely prevents access to the purchased course and remains unresolved despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts. Dissatisfaction with course content, change of mind, lack of time, or misunderstanding of course details does not qualify for a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to apsolutions21493@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase, clearly stating the reason for the request along with relevant proof. Approval or rejection of refund requests is solely at the discretion of our Website.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the user has accessed, streamed, or downloaded any part of the course content

  • If the purchase was made during a discounted, promotional, or limited-time offer

  • If the user fails to complete the course or does not achieve expected results

  • If access is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • If the user provides incorrect payment or account information

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their enrollment or subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only stop future billing where applicable. No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid, whether partially or fully, for the current billing period or course duration.

Upon cancellation, access to the course may remain available until the end of the paid period or may be revoked immediately, depending on the product type.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is strictly discouraged. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension of access to all courses and services.

We reserve the right to submit all relevant transaction records, access logs, and communication history to the payment processor or financial institution to contest chargebacks.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway and your bank, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days. Any processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
